Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to drive a safety- and quality-focused culture.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, SQF and local regulations; capable of implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Directs production activities across departments to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, SQF and local regulations.
• Oversees employee training, performance evaluations, and wage increase recommendations.
• Maintains production records, downtime, spoilage, and efficiency metrics.
• Plans staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to optimize costs.
• Coordinates maintenance and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Reports operational performance to Plant Manager and senior leadership.
