Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in manufacturing/engineering.
• 10+ years of managerial experience in production.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe work environment with safety-first culture.
• Drive plant performance across safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and retention.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean and data-driven problem-solving.
• Reinforce standardized processes and work practices.
• Manage staffing, succession planning, and talent development.
• Coach frontline leaders to strengthen decision-making.
• Oversee inventory control, materials management, and fulfillment accuracy.
• Develop and adjust the operating budget.
• Build cross-functional relationships with EHS, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.
