Huhtamaki is seeking a Plant Manager in De Soto, KS to lead the Management Team across Safety, Production, Maintenance, CI, and Administration, driving top-level performance, cost control, and continuous improvement. You will guide strategic initiatives, assure food safety compliance, and align operations with commercial and supply chain needs.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a proven track record in ERP/S&OP processes within a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Continuous improvement via statistics.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and S&OP processes.
• Ability to communicate at all levels across the organization.
• Willingness to recruit and coach staff.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the Management Team in Safety, Production, Maintenance, CI, Administration to maximize output safely and cost-effectively.
• Communicate strategy, policies, and goals to the facility Management Team.
• Drive efficiency by analyzing costs, downtime, waste, and planning metrics.
• Oversee capital projects and provide technical/administrative leadership.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on standardization, process optimization and issue resolution.
• Represent the BU when communicating with technology, Commercial, and Supply Chain groups.
• Support SQF housekeeping and food safety programs.
