Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with extensive experience including leading 10+ production workers.
• Strong leadership and discipline to enforce policies and guide staff fairly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and budgeting/cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations to meet or exceed budgetary goals.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards through SOPs and QC testing.
• Recruit, hire, train and coach staff; manage shift scheduling and records.
