Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; 5+ years in manufacturing (chemical preferred).
• Lean and Six Sigma certification required.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Process Improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and throughput
• Manage and execute Lean and Six Sigma projects, including Kaizen events and value stream mapping
• Analyze operational and production data to identify inefficiencies and determine root causes
• Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality
• Partner cross-functionally with production, supply chain, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure sustainable process improvements
• Support strategic planning efforts related to plant operations and efficiency
