Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and production targets.
