Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of hands-on manufacturing management experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and engage individuals and teams; drive accountability and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Ensures production meets customer requirements for quality and on-time delivery; address bottlenecks to maintain schedule.
• Builds staffing and capacity plans; adjust labor in real time to meet demand.
• Identifies and eliminates inefficiencies to improve productivity and lead time; implement lean practices.
• Translates leadership goals into actionable plant-level plans and drives execution of priorities.
• Maintains compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO 14001 standards; leads risk reduction and corrective actions.
