Job summary

IPEX in Pineville, NC, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all plant operations, including production, logistics, quality and maintenance, with accountability for safety, budget, KPI attainment and continuous improvement.

You will partner with stakeholders, develop talent, implement cost-reduction projects, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role is onsite at our North American facility and requires strong leadership and Lean manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical or business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of management experience.
• Experience with Lean projects and continuous improvement.
• Strong budgeting/expense management knowledge and financial acumen.
• Technical understanding of production planning, quality standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture focused on zero injuries and report near misses and incidents.
• Lead and empower teams with performance management, training and coaching.
• Align people strategies including attraction, retention and development plans.
• Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to high quality, meeting KPI targets.
• Lead cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives and capital expenditure projects.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory and ISO standards across the manufacturing lifecycle.
