Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd. seeks a seasoned Plant Manager to lead a high-volume food manufacturing facility, driving safety, quality, and efficiency across production, maintenance, warehousing, and continuous improvement. You will align operations with customer expectations, regulatory compliance, and financial goals.

The role requires a track record of managing complex facilities, implementing Lean and Six Sigma, and mentoring senior teams, with hands-on leadership in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in food manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Experience leading a large manufacturing facility with responsibility for multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of food safety systems, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing plant budgets and operational performance.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, service, and cost targets.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement to optimize productivity and OEE.
• Oversee food safety, HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC, audits and allergen controls.
• Manage plant budgets, labor, materials, maintenance spend, and capex.
• Develop and mentor plant managers and supervisors; succession planning.
