Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, preferably in textiles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety, quality, maintenance, and production planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable operational results.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations and set priorities aligned with demand and business goals.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, delivery, cost, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and other teams to meet production needs.
• Monitor metrics: output, efficiency, downtime, scrap, labor, and equipment effectiveness.
• Develop teams with clear performance expectations.
• Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer quality requirements.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Support capital planning and provide recommendations for investments.
• Develop talent and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as operational and quality contact for customers as needed.
