Dwyer Instruments, PTY is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Sioux Falls manufacturing facility. You will oversee safety, quality, and uptime while delivering customer commitments and driving cost improvements.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and hands-on Lean experience. You will partner with multiple functional areas to execute site strategies and develop talent.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
3+ years leading a manufacturing operation or major functional area.
Experience in a low-volume/high-mix manufacturing environment preferred.
Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives experience.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management for all manufacturing operations at the Sioux Falls facility.
Foster safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Lead and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and development.
Drive operational excellence by achieving targets for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
Establish production priorities and ensure schedules meet customer commitments.
Monitor plant performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions.
Lead Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to resolve challenges.
