Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-shift teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plant operations to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Allocate resources to optimize output and efficiency.
• Drive performance in safety, quality, cost, and delivery through Lean principles.
• Develop and execute strategic operating plans, including capital projects.

• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion employee development, engagement, and training.
• Maintain effective communication across departments and shifts.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and increase productivity.
