Cielo Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Plant Manager to lead a specialized manufacturing, maintenance, and repair facility supporting a global energy-services business. The role owns safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and people performance while building a disciplined culture of continuous improvement.

The Plant Manager will direct day-to-day operations, translate demand into safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution, and manage 6–8 direct reports with dotted-line

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in manufacturing/repair environment
• 5+ years leading an operational plant or service‑repair operation with hands‑on productivity improvements
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations/manufacturing/repair and maintenance
• Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing applications and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of maintenance, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and cost management
• Strong financial and analytical capability with understanding of cost drivers and budgets
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, delegation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clear communication in the local facility language

Responsibilities

• Own plant performance across safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, cost, inventory, and customer responsiveness
• Lead cross-functional manufacturing and repair teams optimizing people, materials, capacity, tooling, and equipment
• Translate workload demand and spare-parts forecasts into production plans, schedules, staffing decisions, and resource requirements
• Oversee repair‑and‑maintenance cost forecasting, operating budgets, expenditures, and facility projects
• Build a visible operating culture with clear expectations, measured performance, and coaching
• Partner with global manufacturing networks to align standards, vendors, and cost-saving initiatives
