Job summary

Garelick Farms, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to direct and coordinate operations for a large manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes achieving KPI targets, improving productivity, and maintaining safety, quality, and sanitation standards across all departments.

You will lead managers and staff, manage the operating budget, and collaborate with finance to meet month-end targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, food and/or beverage preferred
• 2+ years’ management experience required
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in related field

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations across administration, production, quality, maintenance, warehousing and safety
• Set production priorities and optimize use of workforce, machines and equipment
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality and cost controls
• Coordinate budgets and participate in annual operating and capital planning
• Communicate with customers and audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and GMP
