Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing environment with 2+ years in management.
• Proven track record in improving quality, safety, service and cost.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant operations across administration, production, quality, maintenance, warehousing, safety, and environmental.
• Set production priorities to meet cost, safety, and quality targets.
• Review production, quality, and maintenance reports to identify non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Analyze operations to leverage new processes and technologies.
• Interact with customers to meet expectations on goals including operations and quality.
• Develop and monitor KPI’s for safety, quality, productivity, and finances.
• Understand P&L and assist in annual budgets; provide data to finance for closing.
• Oversee audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead meetings to address operational issues and align goals.
• Communicate goals and provide direction to teams; mentor and develop managers.
• Maintain safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
