Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading change management around processes, culture, and improvement.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and workforce planning.
• Hands-on leadership style across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and scheduling.
• Manage plant performance, workforce planning, and financial results, including P&L responsibilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing processes, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Lead change management efforts to improve processes, accountability, and workplace culture.
• Develop and support a strong leadership team while remaining hands‑on and engaged with employees throughout the facility.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities, address challenges, and implement long-term improvements.
