Job summary

Stoneway Talent Solutions seeks an Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 facility, ensuring safe, compliant operations, strong financial performance, and high customer satisfaction.

You will enforce health and safety policies, coordinate with corporate teams, review production schedules, and drive efficiency while managing budgets and audits. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and 5+ years of plant ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• Maintains health and safety by following policies and safe practices.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local environmental regs.
• Reviews schedules to plan operations and ensure productivity and quality.
• Establishes goals and resolves issues to control costs and prevent delays.
• Develops/updates standard Operating Procedures and policies.
• Troubleshoots treatment processes using chemistry and waste knowledge.
• Establishes production metrics and monitors reporting for goals.
• Coordinates with inter-plant and corporate teams.
• Prepares audits of mandatory reporting for departments.
• Assists in budgeting and monitors costs for profitability.
• Determines waste disposal options with corporate input; addresses non-conforming waste.
• Supports proposal development, cost estimates and program planning.
• Reviews department expenses including P&L and billing.
• Monitors operations for efficiency improvements.
• Participates in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Leads Plant Emergency Team for incidents and responses.
• Involved in hiring, evaluation, discipline and promotions.
