The starting pay range is $139,100 to $163,700 per year, with bonus eligibility, comprehensive health benefits, and a strong 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in plant/operations management considered.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership with P&L, safety, quality, and inventory management.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish plant short and long-range strategic operating objectives.
• Oversee plant operations including production, field, warehouse, shipping and receiving, maintenance and office management; ensure compliance with regulations; monitor quality and forecast production.
