You will manage scheduling, supervise maintenance, and ensure compliance with food safety standards across our facility. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in process manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, and prefers experience in food or feed industries.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in process manufacturing with 5+ years in leadership.
• Food or feed industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production schedule for the plant and lead production meetings.
• Coordinate daily production within the plant and with other departments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain plant operating policies and procedures.
