Job summary

Tovala is seeking an experienced plant operations leader to direct all production activities at our Utah facility. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing, drive improvements, and ensure safety and quality across the plant.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in food manufacturing with proven KPI ownership and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills to sustain high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in the food industry with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to own and improve KPIs.
• Strong decision-making and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring a smooth flow of production.
• Lead and develop plant managers and supervisors.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, QA, and supply chain teams.
• Manage plant budgets and KPI targets.
• Ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
