Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager in St. Louis, MO to lead a 24/7 manufacturing operation. The role oversees safety, quality, cost and production targets, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with 24/7 operations understanding; location is 611 E. Marceau St., St. Louis, MO 63111. The incumbent will manage budgets, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity to meet

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Engineering with 5+ years in progressively expanding roles, including senior plant leadership.
• Experience in food production, manufacturing, processing or packaging is required.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement experience strongly desired.

Aufgaben

• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and promote a safety culture.
• Lead development and execution of operations strategy to meet goals for performance, quality, and safety.
• Assist in developing operational and capital budgets and procedures.
• Use OEE and process data to improve productivity, uptime, and reliability.
• Coach and train employees using Lean principles and conduct formal performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with plant and corporate procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality and service.
• Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers for optimal resource use.
