Job summary

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years in quality or production engineering plus three years leading a team.
• Project management and new product implementation experience.
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques in automotive industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production planning and control.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities across divisions to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Reviews production costs, quality, and inventory control to maintain profitable operations.
• Plans and directs sales programs to develop new markets and optimize use of resources.
• Prepares budgets and develops organizational policies and goals.
• Allocates operating budgets and analyzes department budget requests.
• Represents the plant within Brose and externally; participates in business planning.
• Ensures health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed; promotes a safe workplace.
