Responsibilities

• Establishes goals, objectives and guidelines covering all plant operations and staff activities to maintain an efficient, functional plant.
• Directs, motivates subordinates to achieve projected goals and improve operational efficiency.
• Establishes and enforces procedures and controls within the plant to attain goals and objectives.
• Supports and promotes company philosophies and policies to establish organizational support.
• Participates in decisions and approvals to exercise control over vital plant elements.
