Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, but open to equivalent experience.
• Experience implementing new programs.
• Extensive experience driving operational excellence through inventory management, supply chain coordination, safety, quality systems, facilities oversight, preventive maintenance, KPI management, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve performance and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and process bottlenecks.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Oversee production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation.
• Improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Coach and develop leaders and staff to strengthen organizational capabilities.
