You will lead production, quality, maintenance coordination, and process improvement while developing staff and providing customer technical support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years in manufacturing/industrial environment with leadership experience.
• Experience in supervising teams and driving process improvements.
• Ability to perform structured root-cause analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Manager in daily operation of the facility and assume leadership in the manager's absence.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor production, quality, delivery, productivity, labor, and cost performance against objectives.
• Lead or support continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and respond to technical and process inquiries; track and report trial results.
• Coordinate investigations of root causes and develop action plans to improve processes and outcomes.
