Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates seeks a Plant Manager for our Holland, Texas location. You will lead mine personnel, oversee plant operations, safety program, environmental and community relations in line with company policy and government standards.

You will drive production planning, scheduling and KPI performance (cost per ton, uptime) while developing teams focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in natural aggregates operations.
• Solid knowledge of MSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive ownership of safety, production, quality, and KPI performance.
• Strong financial acumen and cost control capabilities.
• Experience with production planning and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations (MSHA, etc.).
• Manage natural aggregates operations to safely produce quality materials while controlling costs.
• Lead daily operations, scheduling, and production execution to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Monitor performance using KPIs like cost per ton, plant uptime, and Tons per man hour.
• Analyze data to identify cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
• Supervise and develop staff to maintain safe, efficient workflows.
• Enforce standard operating procedures for production processes.
• Make operational decisions aligned with policies and plans.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
