Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Plant Leadman at our Waco, Texas plant to lead the hourly workforce in the Texas Region. You will work closely with the plant manager to coordinate the work of hourly employees on a mine site, ensuring compliance with MSHA rules and company policies while producing natural aggregates.
You will train and direct employee activities, monitor production, and adapt scheduling to meet goals.

This role is responsible for working closely with the plant manager to coordinate the work of the hourly employees on a mine site. You will ensure work is performed according to company policies, safety rules and procedures to efficiently produce natural aggregates regulated by MSHA. You will train, instruct and direct the work activity of employees while complying with industry standards.
While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.
