Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing or distribution.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical skills to leverage metrics and improve production efficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Self-starter, organized, able to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail with handwritten compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support a team of two or more associates involved in plant, quality lab, and driver activities.
• Coordinate with other Plant Supervisors for smooth operations.
• Promote safety and compliance culture and address unsafe practices.
• Align tasks with customer needs, stock levels, and team strengths.
• Study production schedules and plan team scheduling.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Clarify guidelines and ensure safety adherence.
• Suggest measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.
• Inspire team members to achieve goals.
• Resolve work-related challenges and coordinate with team members.
