Mojave Foods Corporation, a McCormick subsidiary, seeks an Operations Manager for its Commerce, CA plant to lead production, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Under Plant Manager, you will optimize equipment reliability, staffing, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet safety, quality and cost goals.

This role requires strong leadership, project management and ERP experience, with a commitment to a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in production/operations in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Minimum 7 years leading multiple teams and/or departments.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
• Experience with TPM, HPO and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct execution of operational issues for assigned areas through Department Managers and optimize reliability, efficiency, and costs.
• Create OGSM-aligned resource planning and empower the Operations organization.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to meet demand and specifications.
• Establish continuous improvement processes to maximize productivity, reliability, quality and safety.
• Lead staffing, performance planning, and succession planning.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and support cost containment strategies.
