Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Gen Gas Site Supervisor for its Sherman, TX and Durant, OK facilities. You will lead safety-focused operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure reliable service for onsite customers. You’ll interact with cross-functional teams and contractors to uphold safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, proven leadership, and the ability to work across multiple sites with on-call coverage. Training will be provided for Gen gas/air separation processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial operations/maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and process safety management; oversee day-to-day facility operations.
• Direct and monitor operations to meet customer requirements and improve reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot plant process or mechanical issues.
• Provide 24/7 on-call response to plant alarms and shutdowns.
• Engage with OSC, asset manager, regional teams and area manager to share best practices.
