Job summary

UNAVAILABLE Leadman position is to work with Shift Supervisors and staff to maximize production safely while ensuring quality from inbound materials to outbound shipments. In this role you will coordinate production, coach personnel, review paperwork, and uphold safety and company policies across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial material handling experience.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to think conceptually and solve problems effectively.
• Proven mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating production schedules with Shift Supervisors.
• Supervise shift in supervisor's absence to meet production goals.
• Coordinate and communicate with truck drivers as necessary.
• Maintain inter-shift communications and proper paperwork flow.
• Promote and enforce company policies and safety.
