Responsibilities

• Perform work on production line; run equipment, inspect, stack, separate, count, and pack product.
• Conduct quality checks and record information.
• Monitor machinery to meet performance specs; notify supervisor of issues.
• Assist with changeovers.
• Maintain clean work area and machines.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement to cut costs or raise productivity.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor.
