Job summary

Gerhold Concrete Company, a CRH Company, seeks a foreperson to supervise ready-mix concrete, hot-mix asphalt, and aggregate production. You’ll lead crews, maintain safety standards, and ensure product quality while coordinating with managers on projects and costs.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; familiarity with TrackIt and Microsoft Office is a plus. Competitive benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience in asphalt, aggregate or ready-mixed concrete facilities preferred.
• Experience using TrackIt and related software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers across concrete, asphalt and aggregates production.
• Communicate issues to Area Managers and Operations Manager concerning safety, quality, and production.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; train and develop staff.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, and daily material tickets; maintain records.
