Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to coordinate and manage day-to-day plant activities, including production and dispatching.

You will work with management to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards while meeting customer expectations and company goals. The role requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and external partners.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of chemical distribution and related regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and customers.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and safety practices.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Occasional to moderate travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day plant operations including production and production support.
• Manage drivers and dispatching to optimize efficiency while meeting customer expectations.
• Ensure work is accurate and completed on time and compliant with policies.
• Support accident investigations, EHS and quality issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operations to serve customers safely and efficiently.
