Job summary

The Branches of Marlboro, part of Benchmark Senior Living, seeks an experienced Director of Plant Operations/Maintenance Director for our Marlborough, MA facility. This hands-on leader oversees maintenance and housekeeping with a Sunday-Thursday schedule, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, lead staff, oversee payroll and expenses, and coordinate preventive maintenance while upholding safety and

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management capacity.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including mechanical/electrical/plumbing with emphasis on HVAC.
• Understanding of life safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance on maintenance tasks.
• Establish and monitor a preventative maintenance program for safety and aesthetics.
• Ensure OSHA and fire code compliance.
