Job summary

Perricone Juices is seeking an experienced Director of Operations at our Beaumont, CA facility. You will lead production, extraction, packaging, and maintenance, driving safety, quality, and on‑time delivery across a 60–70 person team.

The role requires strategic and hands‑on leadership, coordinating with QA, HR, and supply chain to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, while serving as Plant Manager in the absence of the Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in food or beverage manufacturing operations, with multi-shift leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all plant activities across production, extraction, processing, packaging, maintenance, shipping, and inventory management.
• Drive safety, food safety, quality, cost, productivity, and on‑time customer delivery.
• Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership to a multi‑shift operation, ensuring schedules are met and continuous improvements deliver measurable results.
