Job summary

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center seeks a Plant Operations Coordinator to handle daily clerical operations in the Plant Operations department. Under supervision, you will perform payroll duties, reconcile accounts, organize regulatory documents, and maintain policies and procedures.

You will also serve as the CMMS/compliance expert, enabling scheduling of PMs, work orders, and vendor management. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and offers a comprehensive benefits package with

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Plant Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily clerical operations of the Plant Operations department. Under the supervision of the Director, you will perform a variety of administrative duties, including payroll functions, accounting reconciliation, organization of regulatory documents, and maintenance of policies/procedures. The Plant Operations Coordinator serves as the department subject matter expert for HCA Healthcare's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and compliance program, which facilitates scheduling PMs, work order management and vendor management. The Plant Operations Coordinator shall also be responsible for supplies and parts management.
