Job summary

Zobility is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Plant Manager and leadership team by preparing reports, building BI dashboards, and creating presentations to inform operational decisions. You will work closely with plant managers to understand needs, organize data, and communicate insights clearly, while providing limited administrative support.

Ideal candidates will have strong data analysis skills using Excel and Power BI, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees at different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring operational and management reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring review.
• Validate information for accuracy and consistency before sharing reports or analysis.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from the Plant Manager and management team.
• Summarize findings and present information in a clear, practical format.
