Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Direct experience designing and deploying a plant operating system; ISO/PSM alignment.
• Ownership of a manufacturing training and qualification program; coaching leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish the site’s integrated management system and ISO framework (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Design and deploy the plant operating system and governance models.
• Lead internal audit program, CAPA workflow, and closure verification.
