Job summary

Clark Davis Associates seeks a Plant Operation Manager (B.S. Engineering) to lead a 3-shift, non-union operation in New Jersey.

The role supervises a production team including a Production Manager, supervisors, and maintenance staff for 80-90 employees, focusing on safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You will drive daily production and maintenance activities, optimize schedules, monitor KPIs, and foster continuous improvement across plant performance while maintaining ISO 9001

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial manufacturing or chemical production.
• Experience overseeing a 80-90 employee, 3-shift operation.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• ISO 9001 experience preferred.

INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING

Growing manufacturer needs someone to oversee a Production Manager, Production Supervisors, maintenance, and 80-90 employees for a 3 shift non union operation. Will be responsible for day to day production and maintenance departments, manages plant performance, production schedules, staffing, drives continuous improvement, and will establish and monitor KPI’s. Will ensures compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Will work in an ISO 9001 certified facility. Knowledge of OSHA regulations a plus. Position will require 8+ years experience in industrial manufacturing or chemical industry knowledge overseeing a production operation.
