Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate plays a key role linking Merchandising with Store Operations. You craft eye-catching displays, manage signage, and ensure pricing clarity across Lowe's stores.

The role emphasizes safe, accessible merchandising and customer engagement when opportunities arise. You’ll work with the Merchandising Services Team to complete resets, verify items for shipping, and maintain up-to-date signage and product placement while supporting add-on sales and displays

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items, prep for shipping.
• Update/validate signage and product location information store-wide.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Staging clearance items to drive add-on sales and place displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and schedule with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
