Titan America is seeking a Plant Mechanic for our Melbourne, FL shop. You will oversee maintenance and repair of plant machinery to maximize equipment availability in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems and related controls.
• Experience with industrial compressors, dryers, and similar machinery.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and belt maintenance.
• Ability to work at heights and in hot conditions; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance on plant machinery to maximize availability.
• Repair three-phase controls, electrical systems, compressors, dryers, and related components.
• Repair conveyor components, belts, splices, tracking belts, and belt components.
• Maintain water systems, bladder tanks, and booster pumps.
• Weld various items around the plant and report equipment breakdowns to generate work orders.
• Keep equipment clean, safe, and operating; prepare and prioritize work orders.
