Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Plant Material Planner to ensure alignment of production line delivery with stock targets and logistics costs. You will build and follow up the procurement program, manage supplier delivery performance, coordinate logistics partners, and verify capacity requirements to support the production plan.

This role requires strong analytical skills, bilingual English, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a global automotive supplier.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in production in an industrial environment.
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment of production line delivery with minimum stock targets and logistics costs.
  • Build and follow up the procurement program; manage supplier delivery performance and logistics partners’ service.
  • Coordinate transportation program and transportation scheme; direct packaging management.
  • Ensure compliance of logistics conventions and verify sales and production plan capacity requirements.

As a Plant Material Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of production line delivery with minimum stock targets and logistics costs. You will be responsible for building and following up the procurement program, managing the supplier delivery performance and the logistics partners service, achieving the transportation program and the transportation scheme, directing the packaging management, ensuring the compliance of the logistics conventions, and verifying the sales and production plan capacity requirements.
