Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience, including PIT experience.
• Licensed for Powered Industrial Truck usage under IPG protocols.
• Ability to meet objectives with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills, math, and English written communication.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver with full arm range.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials to production lines using powered industrial trucks.
• Track and sort inventory; stage finished product for outbound shipment.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Relieve in production as needed.
• Maintain safety with IPS lean manufacturing practices.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
