Ørsted is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead for Permian Solar and BESS to manage day-to-day site operations, safety culture, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with the O&M provider, landowners, and authorities to ensure reliable energy delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in power generation operations, a supervisory background, and readiness to work on-call, nights, and in variable conditions. Travel may be involved.

Formación

• Five years in operations or maintenance in power generation, transmissions, distribution, or related field.
• Journeyman or master electrician license, or military experience substituting for years of experience.
• Supervisory role for 1+ year.
• Willingness to work on-call, overnight, and in adverse weather.
• Able to climb equipment and wind turbines safely.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the wind farm, incl. QHSE, site performance, compliance, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable operations at the sites.
• Deliver high asset availability and power production through top-tier technical performance.
