Job summary

You will oversee Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, EH&S and HR, develop talent, implement Lean and Industry 4.0 initiatives, and manage the P&L to achieve long‑term business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of plant operations across multiple functions to meet objectives.
• Developing and executing strategies for profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Managing plant financial performance, including profit and loss, capital investments, and budgets.
• Guiding the transformation with production-line expansion, workflow optimization, and capacity growth.
