Job summary

Shape LLC in Addison, Illinois, part of Noratel North America, seeks a hands-on Plant Manager to lead production and develop a high‑performing team. You will drive scheduling, staffing, and continuous improvement to meet demanding customer commitments and grow capacity.

You will coach supervisors and leads, optimize throughput and material flow using Lean methods, and align safety, quality, ISO, and ERP practices across departments for sustained performance gains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in production or plant leadership.
• Experience in custom, high-mix, engineered-to-order, or comparable industrial manufacturing.
• Strong skills in workforce leadership, capacity planning, Lean improvement, and operational reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, ISO 9001 or comparable quality systems, and capital projects.
• Transformer, electrical equipment, or power magnetics experience is preferred.

Shape LLC, part of Noratel North America, designs and manufactures custom electrical transformers and power magnetics for demanding OEM applications. We are seeking a hands‑on Plant Manager to lead production at our Addison, Illinois facility. As part of Noratel’s global manufacturing network, you’ll help deliver products that power critical technologies.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll have a direct impact on our people, manufacturing performance, and capacity for growth.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily production, staffing, and scheduling to meet customer commitments.
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and production employees.

• Compensation: Annual base salary of $95,000–$110,000, based on skills and experience. This role is bonus eligible.
