Job summary

GTI is a contract manufacturing partner delivering turnkey enclosures and skids for renewable energy, power, and industrial systems. The Plant Manager will oversee fabrication, welding, assembly, electrical integration, and paint operations, driving throughput, quality, safety, and on-time delivery in a large-scale P&L environment.

The role requires 10–15+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience managing $100M+ P&L, and strong Lean/Six Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale manufacturing P&L ($100M+).
• Background in contract manufacturing and industrial manufacturing environments.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with safety and ISO9001 compliance.
• Experience in high-mix, engineered-to-order environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-site manufacturing operations across fabrication, welding, industrial assembly, electrical integration, and paint.
• Drive scheduling, BOM alignment, and throughput across all departments.
• Scale operations to support production growth, capacity expansion, and facility performance.
• Lead enterprise Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Own plant KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory turns, safety, and quality.
• Oversee safety, quality, and ISO9001 compliance across all operations.
