Job summary

GTI Energy is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Wilmington, DE manufacturing campus, spanning fabrication, welding, assembly, electrical integration, and painting.

You will oversee multiple managers, drive Lean/Six Sigma, manage a $100M+ P&L, align schedules to BOM, and scale operations to meet high-mix, engineered-to-order demand. Join a fast-paced team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience at plant/operations level.
• Experience managing large-scale P&L ($100M+)
• Background in contract and industrial manufacturing
• Strong oversight of fabrication, welding, assembly, electrical integration, and paint
• Proven Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead full-site manufacturing operations as a Plant Manager across fabrication, welding, industrial assembly, electrical integration, and paint.
• Oversee Manufacturing Managers, Production Managers, Value Stream Managers, and Supervisors across all production functions
• Drive execution in a high-mix, engineered-to-order contract manufacturing environment
• Ensure alignment of production schedules, system integration activities, and BOM execution across all departments
• Scale operations to support production growth, capacity expansion, and facility performance
• Own plant-level KPIs including throughput, inventory turns, on-time delivery, safety, and quality
