• 5-7 years of experience or equivalent.
• Operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize the cylinder filling to minimize handling and ensure filling aligns with stock and customer demand.
• Operate filling processes per plan, monitor safety, and manage valves and equipment.
• Respond as first safety contact, initiating procedures when needed and reporting issues.
• Handle cylinders including unloading, sorting, testing dates, and loading trucks; manage buffer zones.
• Maintain safety and quality procedures, document production data, and update SOPs and related docs.
• Identify process improvements from incidents and propose safety/productivity enhancements.
